Use the distributive property to rewrite each algebraic expression: Do not solve, just rewrite.

1) 8(x + 7) = ___________________

2) 5(x - 10) = ___________________

3) 6(11 + x) = ___________________

Factor each expression. (Pull a common factor from each number)

COMPLETED EXAMPLE: 27 + 12 = 3(9 + 4) → (3 is the shared factor for 27 and 12)

4) 12 + 36 =

5) 16 + 20 =

I am not positive for the factoring of each expression but for the distributive property you do 8 TIMES x then 8 times 7 so you would get blank plus blank and so on for the next ones.
