Indeed the answer is 60 days but let me explain it to you. Even though Armando has to notice as soon as possible, Keep in mind that those charges will look like delayed payments. In that sense we can say that delayed payments 60-90 days beyond terms are charged to that person no matter what really happens. Those are the laws
