No, Jamie is not correct because 3+1=4 and 2/3+2/3=1 1/3 so the actual answer is 5 1/3

She is not correct, because 3 2/3 and 1 2/3 equals out to 5 1/3, which is more than 5, not between 4 and 5. Hope this helps!
