This is kinda a math question... Can we add proper fractions to improper fractions? and if yes can you give me a example how? :)

yes....you just have to make sure that the denominators match.

for example:

20 1 21
--- + ----- = -------- = 7
3 3 3

you must always make sure that your denominators match!

just make the improper fraction a proper one.
Or make the proper improper but i wouldn't
