Mr. Rivas brought a can of paint he used 3/8 of it to paint a bookshelf I use one fourth of it the paint a wagon. He used some of it to paint a bird house and has 1/8 of the paint left how much paint did he use for the birdhouse?

it would 1/8 because you just add 1 plus 3 which is 4 and just put it over 8
