x - ( 9x -10) + 11 = 12x + 3 ( -2 + 1/3)

x - (9x -10) + 11 = 12x + 3( -2 + 1/3)
x - 9x + 10 + 11 = 12x - 5 ...........................(1/3-2) = -5/3 => x 3 = -5
-8x + 21 = 12x - 5
26 = 20x
x = 13/10
