speed = distance ÷ time so it's probably
35÷120=0.291 or 7/24 miles per hour

Okay, I'm unsure of the numbers but here goes...
For 3/5 of a mile and 1/20 of an hour-
3/5mile = 1/20 hr
x miles = 1 hr
Cross multiply-
3/5 * 1 = 1/20x
3/5 = 1/20x
Divide both sides by 1/20
x= 12
12 mph
