First off, you should eat a balanced diet.
Exercise. You dont have to run every single day, but you need to move around regularly. Meaning, you shouldn't stay in one place for too long.
Limit your Alcohol consumption
Eat a lot of fruit and veges, because they have a lot of vitamins.
You hsould cut back on the sodium hydroxide (salt or NaOH).
