Each ticket online cost $14

The entire cost of the t tickets cost more than $98

Each of the t tickets cost $14 and so total cost = 14*t = 14t

Since this cost is more than $98, so we setup the inequality...

14t > 98

Divide both sides by t

14t/14 > 98/14

t > 7

So the number of tickets that could be purchased must been more than 7.

I hope this helps and also hope you are alright.
