2x - 3y = 6
-3y = 6 - 2x
y = -2 + 2/3x

answer = 2/3

paraalell lines have same slope

the slope of a line ax+by=c is -b/a
therefor the equation of a paralell ine (same slope) is ax+by=z where and b from prevous eqution are same

so
2x-3y=c
-a/b=-2/-3=2/3

answer is 4th option
