B) How many hydrogen atoms are in an acyclic alkane with 16 carbon atoms?

The general formula of acyclic, i.e. non-cyclic, alkane is
C_(n) H_(2n+2)
where, n = number of carbon atom.

In present case, n = 16.
∴, Number of H atom = (2X16)+2 = 34
