For this case we can make the following rule of three:
0.3472 $ -----> 1.00 turkish lira
$ 30 -----------> x
Clearing x we have:
x = (30 / 0.3472) * (1)
x = 86.40552995 turkish lira
Answer:
the same dozen roses costs:
x = 86.40552995 turkish lira
