As you can see that it is a quadrilateral,
and as sum of all angles of a quadrilateral =360°
Therefore,
72°+91°+107°+x =360°
270+x =360°
x = 360°-270°
= 90°
Therefore,
x is equal to 90°, hence option D is correct.

Since the following question involves a parallelogram, a parallelogram=360°. Knowing this information, we can add all the known angles, subtract it from 360, and get your answer:
360-270=90
So 90° is your answer, or D
