1.32 meters = 4.5%x

x is the actual height of the rocket.

4.5% is really 0.045 (move the decimal place 2 times to the left).

1.32 = 0.045x
Divide both sides by 0.045.

x = 29.3

The height of the actual rocket is 29.3 meters.
