How do the clothes worn in ancient Briton compare with those worn in ancient Rome?

One of the most distinguishing articles of clothing between the Britons and the Romans were their trousers vs. tunics, respectively. The Britons' trousers, also called bracae, were often made of checkered cloth and resembled pants, while the Romans' tunics were more similar to loose-fitting dresses.
