Hello!

The equation for a circle is

(x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2

(h, k) is the center
r is the radius

Put in the values you know

(x - 0)^2 + (y - 0)^2 = 2^2

Simplify

x^2 + y^2 = 4

The answer is C) x^2 + y^2 = 4

Hope this helps!
