Hello!

You put -2 in for x and 4 in for y

[tex]3(-2)^(-5) (1) [/tex]

Anything to the power of 0 is 1

-2^(-5) = (-1)/(-32) or -0.03125

3 * (-1)/(-32) *1 = (-3)/(-32) or -0.09375

Hope this helps!
