(x+4)² + (y-3)² = 36
General equation for the circle is
(x-h)² +(y-k)² = 36, where (h, k) is a center.
So for our equation h=-4, k =3.
The center is (-4, 3).
Check
(x-(-4))² +(y -3)²=36 -----> (x+4)² + (y-3)² = 36
