It doesn't look like any of these lines are parallel.. In order to have parallel lines, the slope of each line has to be equal. Consider the slope intercept form of the 4 lines:

Line 1 y = -7x +6 slope is -7
Line 2 solving for y we get: y = -3x -18 slope is -3
Line 3 y = -5x - 8 slope is -5
Line 4 y + 7 = -(1/7)(x + 4) this is point-slope form with slope of -(1/7)
As you can see, none of these lines have the same slope. As a result, none of them are parallel to each other.
