Answer 3/4 100-25=75. 75/100=3/4

25 out of 100 students are car rider.

25/100 = car rider

you are looking for "NOT a car rider"

subtract 25/100 (the amount of car riders) from the total

100/100 - 25/100 = 75/100

75/100, or 3/4, or 75% of students are not car riders
