Baking, while you are baking you stay active by having to grab ingredients and run around the kitchen also you get to eat the things you eat so its a win win

Sheila's best option would be to have desserts in small portions and increase her activity levels. If she deprives herself of a certain food or food group, she is less likely to succeed in her activity and/or nutritional goal
