1) Mrs. Turner made 32 cups of juice. Each gallon contains 16 cups. Therefore, just multiply 16 by 2.
2) There would be 8 pints of juice remaining. If they drank 16 cups, they drank 1 gallon leaving 1 gallon. In a gallon, there are 8 pints.
