Answer: option B

Step-by-step explanation:

The Plaintiff, Oliver Brown's Case overturned the 'separate but equal' approach to public schooling which he filled against the Board of Education of Topeka in Kansas. The case started in the year 1951 when the Plaintiff's daughter, Linda Brown was denied entrance into an all-white elementary schools in Topeka.

All this was done at the United States of America district Court in Kansas. But, after about four more cases that are related to Brown's Case were put together, the case has to be brought before the Supreme Court in the year 1952.

Then in the year 1954, U.S. Supreme Court rule that separating students into public schools by race was unconstitutional. Thanks to this which sparked more civil rights movements.
