One full arc is 360°

Since AB≡ PQ
⇒ 6a = 132

The sum of all the numbers around the circle should add up to 360°:
132 + 132 + 42 + 5b = 360

306 + 5b = 360

5b = 360 - 306

5b = 54

b = 54 ÷ 5

b = 10.8

Answer: b = 10.8
