(4)/(10) + (28)/(100) = (4 * 10 )/(10 * 10) + (28)/(100) = (40)/(100) + (28)/(100) = (40+28)/(100) = (68)/(100) =(68 / 4)/(100 / 4)= (17)/(25)

Hi there!

4/10 = (4*10)/(10*10) = 40/100

40/100 + 28/100 = 68/100

68/100 = 34/50 = 17/25

Hope this helps!
