Y-(4)=3/2(x-7) you use the y-y1=slope or m (x-x1)
So for that one you would distribute the 3/2 with x-7 so you would get 3/2x —21/2 or -10.5 then you substact the -4 from the left side giving you the answer of y=3/2x-6.5
