It would be about 5-6 (since there is only an upper quartile, middle quartile, and lower quartile, and 16 is not divisible by 3)

quartiles divide the data into 4 equal parts. so each quartile will have 16/4 = 4 values. therefore, the number of values in upper quartile is 4!
