As father is color blind and hemophilic while mother is wild type, so all of its daughter in F1 generation will be affected and all his son will be normal. However, in question it is mentioned that daughter has triple XXX syndrome (a novel type) which is hemophilic and have normal color blindness. This case is possible only when non-disjunction is paternal type.
