m+7/5=3

We simplify the equation to the form, which is simple to understand
m+7/5=3

We move all terms containing m to the left and all other terms to the right.
+1m=+3-1.4

We simplify left and right side of the equation.
+1m=+1.6

We divide both sides of the equation by 1 to get m.
m=1.6

The answer is 60 because were subtracting in the equation but to find m we need to the opposite which is to add 53 plus 7 which is 60. To check your answer do 60-7 equals 53
