α = (2.4e4 rev/min)(2π rad/rev)(min / 60 s) / (2.70 s)
α = 931 rad/s^2

θ = αt^2 / 2
θ = (931 rad/s^2)(2.70 s)^2 / 2
θ = 3.39e3 rad
