According to hamlet how does his behavior reflect his innermost feelings

Hamlet is upset because he is unable to physically take action to get revenge on Claudius or even to take his own life because he just does not know what he wants. His innermost thoughts are in turmoil; he is struggling with whether to believe the ghost and with what his religion says is right or not right to do. These feelings come across in his actions (or inactions) because he can't bring himself to do anything.
