There were 225 people who attended the party.

------------------------------------------------------
4/5 of the attendees were employee:
------------------------------------------------------

(4)/(5) * 225 = 180

There were 180 employees.

------------------------------------------------------
2/3 of the employees were engineers:
------------------------------------------------------

\text {Fraction of non-engineers = } 1 - (2)/(3) = (1)/(3)

------------------------------------------------------
Number of Non-engineers :
------------------------------------------------------

\text { number of non-engineers = } (1)/(3) * 180 = 60

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Answer: There were 60 non-engineers employees that attended the party.
