to get how many 16ths are in 6

you multiply 16 by 6 so 96

96/16 but don't forget 1/4

16 divided by 4(from 1/4)= 4

so you multiply 1(from 1/4)

4/16

so now you add 96/16 (from 6) to 4/16(1/4)=

100/16
