the correct question is
Which is the simplified form of this expression? (2x+3)*(x-6) - 2x² + 3x -30

we have
(2x+3)*(x-6) - 2x² + 3x -30

step 1
expand the term
(2x+3)(x-6)--------> 2x²-12x+3x-18
then
the complete expression
2x²-12x+3x-18- 2x² + 3x -30

step 2
simplify
2x²-12x+3x-18- 2x² + 3x -30-----> -6x-48-------> -6*(x+8)

the answer is
-6*(x+8)
