and sometimes also by division !!!

so, what did your teacher tell you ?

and then every grouping of these single parts in the expression is a term too.

therefore the whole expression is a term too.

so, the expression itself is a term.

then 3 is a term.

then 1/2×b is a term.

that is in total 3.

but it could be that 1×b (or simply b) and 2 of the fraction or division are considered terms too.

that would bring us to 5.

but normally the answer should be 3.
