( ( 2x - 5 ) / ( x^2 - 9) ) / ( ( 3x - 1 ) / ( x + 3 ) )=

=( ( 2x - 5 ) / ( x-3)(x+3) ) / ( ( 3x - 1 ) / ( x + 3 ) )=

= ( ( 2x - 5 ) / ( x-3) / ( ( 3x - 1 ) )=( 2x - 5 ) ( 3x - 1 )/( x-3)
