The possibilities are:
2x3, 2x4, 2x5, 2x6
3x3, 3x4, 3x5, 3x6
4x3, 4x4, 4x5, 4x6
5x3, 5x4, 5x5, 5x6
And the only ones where the product is from 12 to 15 are:
2x6
3x4, 3x5
4x3
5x3
There are 5 valid possibilities out of the 16 total, so P = 5/16.
