Hello there!
100% = 28 students
x% = 22
Cross multiply
28 * x = 22 * 100
28x = 2200
x = 2200/28
x = 78.57
Thus,
78.57% of the students passed the test.

You'll have to divide the students that passed by the total number of students and then multiply the answer by 100.
(22/28)*100 = 78.57%
So 78.57% students passed.
