Hello there!

100% = 28 students
x% = 22

Cross multiply

28 * x = 22 * 100

28x = 2200

x = 2200/28

x = 78.57

Thus,

78.57% of the students passed the test.

You'll have to divide the students that passed by the total number of students and then multiply the answer by 100.

(22/28)*100 = 78.57%

So 78.57% students passed.

Hope this helps :)
