For this case, what you should know is that quadrant IV is formed by points of the form:
x: positive
y: negative.
In other words, ordered pairs of the form:
(xo, -yo)
A pair ordered in this way is:
(12, -5)
Answer:
a point in Quadrant IV is:
D) (12, -5)
