Your answer is B. y=x-3

Plug in a value on the X coordinate for x and see if it falls at the proper location on the Y plane OR plug in a Y coordinate for y and solve for x:

y=(4)-3
y=1
(4,1) is a valid value on the line, so this makes your equation true

The answer is B because the y-intercept is -3 and the slope is 1/1
