What is the term for the account balances of commercial banks held by the central bank?

Money supply should be your answer, or in another term Bank reserves

This means that any account balances of commercial banks are technically part of the "bank's supply", and that the bank can use it for it's purposes until the person withdraws it from his/her bank account
