so

3x+2y=93--------2

from eqn q

x= 39-y

Step three:

put the value of x in eqn 2

3(39-y)+2y=93

117-3y+2y=93

collect like terms

117-93= 3y-2y

24= y

y=24

put y= 24 in eqn 1

x+24= 39

x= 39-24

x=15
