C is the circumcenter of
$\triangle PQR$

$\implies PC=QC=RC$ (Radii of same circle)

$\implies RC=QC$

$\implies 5x-15=51-x$

$\implies 5x +x=51+15$

$\implies 6x =66$

$\implies \: x = (66)/(6) \\ \\ \implies \: \huge \: \red{x = 11}$
