The inequality represents a number greater than 1.9 . From the options, 2 is greater than 1.9

C. 2. The > symbol means the answer has to be greater than 1.9. A and B are both negative numbers, and are thus less than 1.9. 1.9 = 1.9, but it is not greater than, so D would also be incorrect.
