probability = number of favourable outcomes / total number of outcomes

probability of spinning any number = 1/3

probability of tossing a coin = 1/2

probability of compound event = 1/3 * 1/2 * 1/3 = 1/18

probability of spinning an odd number, flipping heads, then spinning a yellow is = 2/3*1/2*1/3 = 1/9
