The y-value increases by 4 when the x-value increases by 2, so the slope is

... 4/2 = 2

Your equation for the line with slope m through point (h, k) is

... y - k = m(x - h)

and you have m = 2, (h, k) = (-6, 6)

Filling in those values gives

... y - 6 = 2(x - (-6))
