Describe the difference between eating sugar in the form of whole fruits that contains fiber, minerals, and vitamins, and sugar that is eaten without those co-factors.

Eating sugar found in fruit is considered a complex carb. The sugar takes longer to turn to fat and be stored. Glucose -your 'sugar without co-factors'- is an example of simple carbs. It is the quickest to turn to fat and be stored as such.
