The story of Romeo & Juliet is one of the most romantic (and tragic) of all time. But where would you go to visit Juliet’s balcony?

Juliet’s balcony can be found in Verona. The Casa De Giullieta a former inn is the main tourist destination in Verona. This house once belonged to the Capello family which is a close combination of Juliet Capulet the fictional character in Shakespeare’s tragic love story Romeo and Juliet.

Verona, Italy-- the Casa di Giulietta

Juliet, was a Capulet and the home of the family was at Casa di Giulietta. The home of the Capulet's is now a museum in honor of the Shakespeare play. From the courtyard of the home, visitors can see a bronze statue of Juliet believed to bring good luck in love. It is also in this courtyard, a visitor can view Juliet's famous balcony feature in the play.
