The first thing to note is that the card does not affect any statistics. The chance of any set card being drawn the first time is 1/52; so the probability of the first card being the 2 of hearts is 1/52. For the second card to be the 3 of clubs, (as the first card was replaced) the odds would remain at 1/52.
However, to find the probability that both of those incidences will occur, we must multiply the two fractions, to get an answer of 1/2704.
